At TurboGrid Nexus, we strive to provide all our members and guests with the highest quality gaming experience. However, we understand that there may be occasions where a refund is necessary. Please read our policy below for clarity on how refunds are handled. 🔄 1. Membership & Subscription Refunds Monthly Memberships: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no gaming time has been used. Annual Memberships: Eligible for a prorated refund within the first 30 days, provided usage is under 3 hours. Auto-Renewals: You must cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. No refunds will be given once the billing cycle begins. đŸŽĢ 2. Event & Tournament Registrations Full refund if canceled at least 72 hours before the event. 50% refund if canceled 24–72 hours before the event. No refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the event start time or for no-shows. đŸ’ģ 3. Digital Services (Online League Access, Coaching, etc.) Refunds for digital services are only granted if: There was a technical failure on our end (e.g., server outage, account access issues). A cancellation request was made within 48 hours of purchase and the service was not yet used. đŸ•šī¸ 4. On-Site Gaming Time Refunds for gaming sessions are only offered if: A machine was malfunctioning and staff could not relocate or resolve the issue within 15 minutes. The session was interrupted due to technical errors caused by our equipment. đŸ“Ļ 5. Merchandise & In-Store Purchases Unused merchandise (e.g., apparel, accessories) can be returned within 14 days with a receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Digital goods, including downloadable content or game credits, are non-refundable.
